Dubai, UAE — 25 June 2025 — The Quantum Innovation Summit returns to Dubai from 7 to 9 April 2026, hosted by the UAE Cyber Security Council at the Grand Hyatt Dubai and organized by Vernewell Group. Now in its third edition, the Summit will bring together global leaders in quantum science, emerging technologies, and policy under the theme:
Quantum & Emerging Frontiers: Advancing Global Innovation and Technological Leadership
This year’s edition reflects a major expansion. With a venue three times larger than in 2025 and an enhanced programme of keynotes, panels, exhibitions, and strategic dialogue, the Summit is positioned as a central platform for shaping the future of quantum deployment and cross-sector collaboration.

Quantum Futures Forum

The Quantum Futures Forum is a high-level programme dedicated to long-term strategy, ethics, and cross-disciplinary foresight. It brings together government leaders, institutional decision-makers, research pioneers, and emerging innovators to explore how quantum technologies will shape global systems and societal priorities.
The Forum offers a unique environment where high-level vision meets unconventional insight. Designed to address complex global challenges, the Forum prioritizes strategic dialogue across sectors and generations.
Key sessions include:
- Emerging Voices Panel, spotlighting multidisciplinary perspectives from rising thought leaders
- Quantum 2035 Studio, a scenario-building lab focused on long-term visioning and systems transformation
- Strategic Sector Roundtables, convening senior leaders to shape national and international policy agendas related to governance, education, ethics, infrastructure, and public interest technology
For global leaders, the Forum provides a dedicated space to align vision, influence policy, and connect with emerging expertise at the frontier of quantum impact.
Networking & Cultural Programme
The 2026 edition introduces an expanded suite of curated networking and cultural experiences designed to foster deeper connections across disciplines and sectors:

- Secret Garden BBQ on 7 April, a private gathering for partners and select speakers
- Gala Dinner and Femtum Leap Awards on 8 April, celebrating innovation and impact
- Quantum Art & Music Celebration on 9 April, closing the Summit with immersive creative performances
- Global Quantum Exhibition, featuring visual installations and public engagement works across multiple locations and formats
These experiences complement the formal programme, providing moments for informal dialogue, cross-sector insight, and cultural resonance within the global quantum community.
Global Quantum Festival Launch
The opening ceremony of the Summit will also mark the launch of the Global Quantum Festival, a new international initiative advancing public engagement in quantum information science, education, art and culture. Its core campaign, Global Quantum Week (7–14 April), will feature community-led events across cities, campuses, and virtual platforms worldwide, concluding on World Quantum Day, 14 April 2026.
Activities will be coordinated by the QLeaders Network, a new cohort of individuals and institutions facilitating local and global outreach throughout the Festival.
