Prior to founding Vernewell Group, Mrs. Trabelsi Loeb served as a senior partner at several distinguished international law firms. In 2019, leveraging extensive expertise in international compliance, technology governance, and regulatory frameworks, she established Trabelsi Loeb Legal Consultants FZE to address complex global legal challenges in technology regulation, national security, compliance, and ethical technology adoption.
Through rigorous academic research and professional experience, Mrs. Trabelsi Loeb identified critical gaps at the intersection of space sustainability, responsible technology governance, and regulatory compliance. Her pioneering work in space law, insurance, and technology transfer illuminated global challenges such as space debris mitigation, sustainable commercialization of space resources, and ethical technology transfer—issues closely mirrored by sustainability challenges on Earth.
Driven by her commitment to addressing these critical global issues, Mrs. Trabelsi Loeb subsequently founded Vernewell Tech and Space in 2020. Initially operating in stealth mode, the company provided specialized advisory services on sustainable technology adoption, responsible space commercialization, and strategic management of deep technologies. After over a year of stealth advisory work, strategic groundwork, ecosystem-building, and active engagement as an influential figure within global space and emerging technology communities, the company evolved into Vernewell Management Consultancies, significantly broadening its advisory and innovation management capacities.
Recognizing the importance of advanced education and global capacity-building, Mrs. Trabelsi Loeb next established Vernewell Academy, providing continuous education and professional training in quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Complementing these educational efforts, she initiated the annual Quantum Innovation Summit, uniting global thought leaders, policymakers, and innovators to accelerate quantum technology adoption.
